Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. This page explains our current practices and how to exercise that right.
Our current practice
NeatContext is operated by XT SOFTWARE LABS LLC, a Washington limited liability company. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not currently share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. NeatContext is a local-first application, and by default we do not receive your local files, knowledge content, incident requests, Context paths, or tool activity logs. NeatContext does not host conversations.
If our website advertising or analytics practices ever involve activity that qualifies as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law, we will honor opt-out requests through the mechanism below and provide any additional notices and controls required by law.
How to opt out
You can submit an opt-out request, or a request to limit the use of sensitive personal information, by emailing privacy@neatcontext.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Please include enough information for us to locate and verify your request. You do not need an account to submit a request.
Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or sharing to disable through a browser signal. If our practices change, we will recognize applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), and provide any additional mechanism required by law.
Authorized agents and non-discrimination
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent's authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
